1. Provider

The VisionIQ app, this website and the VisionIQ advertising products are provided by VisionIQ. Contact: office@visioniq.fi.

2. The service

VisionIQ is a camera-first discovery service. The app uses the camera view and device location, while you are using it, to identify places around you and to open the corresponding IQ Card with information, campaigns and actions.

Information shown in IQ Cards may originate from partners, public sources or automated recognition. It is provided for discovery purposes and may be incomplete or change without notice.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not use the camera features in a way that violates other people's privacy.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish content from the service without permission.

4. Business customers and advertising products

Advertising products are sold to business customers. Prices shown on the Advertise page are net prices and VAT is added separately. A campaign runs for the period stated for the product (for example 7 days, one week or one event). Creative material must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights.

We may reject or remove campaign material that is unlawful, misleading or incompatible with the service.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid products are billed for the campaign period stated at purchase. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. The provider and the applicable payment terms are shown at checkout before a purchase is confirmed.

6. Intellectual property

VisionIQ, the VisionIQ logo, the IQ Card format and the IQ Product names are owned by the provider. Partner brands and content remain the property of their owners.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that recognition results are always accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes are communicated through the service or by email to business customers.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable law of the provider's place of establishment, and disputes are handled by the competent court there, unless mandatory consumer legislation gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first at office@visioniq.fi — most matters are resolved directly.
